1. Participation and Platform

  • - The MYLO Affiliate Program operates via the UpPromote platform, which handles tracking, link attribution, and commission management.
  • - By joining, you acknowledge and agree to UpPromote’s Terms & Conditions, which can be found here: UpPromote Marketplace T&C
  • - All commissions, tracking, and payouts are processed through UpPromote. MYLO is not responsible for technical issues, tracking errors, or delays in UpPromote’s platform.
  • - Affiliates must follow proper disclosure practices when promoting MYLO products, including clearly indicating affiliate links.

2. Eligibility

  • - Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
  • - Must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • - MYLO reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Commission

  • - Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying sales generated via their unique affiliate links.
  • - Commissions are calculated by UpPromote and paid according to UpPromote’s payout schedule.
  • - Commissions are not paid on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders.
  • - MYLO reserves the right to withhold commissions for activity that violates these Terms or UpPromote policies.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

  • - Promote MYLO products honestly and accurately.
  • - Only use approved marketing materials provided by MYLO or UpPromote.
  • - Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, UK Data Protection Act).
  • - Avoid any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • - Generate fraudulent clicks, self-referrals, or artificial sales.
  • - Misrepresent their relationship with MYLO or UpPromote.
  • - Use copyrighted materials, trademarks, or logos without permission.
  • - Promote MYLO products through illegal, harmful, or spammy channels.

6. Intellectual Property

  • - Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use MYLO logos, images, and promotional materials solely for affiliate marketing.
  • - This license may be revoked at any time.
  • - All MYLO intellectual property remains the sole property of MYLO.

7. Termination

  • - MYLO may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for policy violations or inactivity.
  • - Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by notifying MYLO via contact@mylospirit.com.
  • - Upon termination, affiliates must stop using MYLO’s intellectual property and remove affiliate links from promotional channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • - MYLO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
  • - Affiliates act as independent contractors, and nothing in these terms creates an employment or partnership relationship.

9. Taxes

  • - Affiliates are responsible for all taxes arising from commission income.
  • - MYLO and UpPromote will not withhold taxes on behalf of affiliates.

10. Governing Law

  • - These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
  • - Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the UK.
