Avoid harsh chemicals such as alcohol, petrol, acetone, or solvent-based cleaners, as these may damage the surface. Proper cleaning helps prevent bacteria build-up and keeps your device feeling like new.

- Press and hold the bottom operating button for 5 seconds
- Try charging again

MYLO charging cables are universal across all MYLO products. Replacement cables can be purchased separately from the official website at www.mylospirit.com, ensuring safe and compatible charging.
If your device is not charging:
- Clean the magnetic charging contacts using a lint-free cloth
- If needed, lightly disinfect using an appropriate spray
During charging, the LED light will blink, and it will remain solid once fully charged. The first charge may take up to 2 hours using a 5V/2A USB charger (Typical charge times will take 90mins).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and the hygiene seal remains intact.

All MYLO devices come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Each product includes a scratch-off serial code on the box, which can be registered at www.mylospirit.com to activate the warranty - regardless of where the product was purchased.
If not registered, please keep your proof of purchase. Warranty claims may result in a replacement device or, if purchased directly from www.mylospirit.com, a refund.
