Shipping policy
We process orders Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.
All items are carefully packed in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes for discretion. Protective packaging is used to keep contents secure during transit, with additional padding for fragile items.
